Supervised Contact

We offer Supervised Contact meetings mediated by trained family support workers. 

We aim to reduce the barriers which prevent constructive communication – from practical matters such as transport, to emotional strategies to help rebuild trust. 

All support workers are thoroughly vetted and trained and our employed and contracted staff are expected to perform to the highest professional standards, including conduct, punctuality and customer engagement. This is monitored closely through supervision, appraisal and staff training.
